Happy Friday! - F10 Updates!!

Happy Friday folks!  There is something so exhilarating about the start of a new weekend, 2 full days of freedom!  YIPPEE!!!!
 
I have a few fun updates for you all regarding F10 happenings!

If you haven't been to Birba lately, we have new menus!! High quality with a great artisanal feel to them!  Not only are the menus new, but there are a few new items on the menu too!  We have some great seasonal dishes right now including the squash blossom and pancetta pappardelle, one of my personal faves!  

You also may have seen a few new faces on the property, formal introductions to come soon but someone who I am very excited about working with is our new resident mixologist and beverage director straight from New Zealand, Steen!  Steen will be helping to create new cocktail menus for our restaurants as well as help create some fun recipes to share with you all on the blog!  Be on the look out for a full feature with Steen soon!

If you haven't noticed, the Alcazar has been looking mighty relaxing lately!  I sat down with Robert Hunt, the hotel's GM a few weeks ago for a fun interview which you can read here!  We are also running a few AHHHmazing deals at the hotel right now which you can see here! Including the 1-2-3 or Blue Skies, both offering specials for a 3 night stay!  Perfect for a staycation or extending your vacay into the week!
